Account Deletion Process

   Compose a deletion request email

   Send your request to Followuptrackapp@gmail.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".

   Include your account details

   Provide your registered mobile number, full name, and the reason for deleting your account in the email body.

   Verification by our team

   Our team will verify your identity using the details provided. We may contact you on your registered number to confirm the request.

   Account deletion & confirmation

   Once verified, your account will be permanently deleted. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

• Your user account, login credentials, and role-based profile
• All leads, lead history, notes, and source data associated with your account
• Follow-up logs, reminders, and reschedule records
• Sales pipeline stages, deal progress, and pipeline history
• Tasks, projects, assignments, and completion records
• Sales targets, achievement data, and performance reports
• Communication logs — WhatsApp, call logs, email, and SMS records
• GPS visit logs and field tracking data (Android app)

Deletion requests are typically processed within 3–7 business days from the date of verification. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been permanently deleted from our systems.
